Red Roof Inn Columbus, MS

The room was nice, the bed was comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. The shower was was excellent with lots of pressure for the messaging head. The location was okay near the historical downtown area., Felt safe. The streets need paving but that was not the Hotels fault. The front desk Lady at Check in was very nice. Overall a value for the cost.

I accidentally booked a smoking room and was worried because making changes to the room type through booking.com is impossible. But the manager was so accommodating and patient! I have to give the staff there 5 stars!! My back was sore from a lot of driving and so he helped me carry my bags to the non-smoking room. I can’t say enough good things about my experience there. The king room I was in was perfect. Wonderful bed, wonderful TV, wonderful tub and shower where I soaked my sore back. I now encourage anyone to make any changes you need by calling the hotel directly. The manager is completely committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you very much to Red Roof Inn of Columbus, Mississippi!! You may be tempted to think that this review is fake but it absolutely is not. I travel a lot, seldom leave reviews but again I can’t say a enough thank you to those folks!

It's a Ok place to stay,

I like the cleaness along with the big king size bed. Kept nice and good

Cleanliness, quick response from staff when a need arose, we stayed a few days and housekeeping came every day and always made sure we had fresh towels etc
